=/
damn them... well can't really say that, because NCsot always has a different point of view for things... all games i know from them are somehow "different" and still very good or/and amusing... After the "They are closing TR and it will be free to play" message i just had to go to ncsoft homepage and buy it right now. Why? Because i'm weird =F

So, a little review of the game, tho, yes, again, wrong post =D
The game is actually pretty amusing and interesting. Walking around and finding "stuff" (some ancient thingy that you need for some skills). You "can" solo it to some point, but it's still a "Better keep a friend close by" type of game. It looks like all other mmo's with the difference that all chars and mobs have ranged weapons... just imagine some other hack and slash mmo and all mobs and chars with bows... just basically it. The graphics are nice, caves are dark, there are rusty metal thingies around and blooming nature together, even got a taste of "magic"

then again... i'd rather compare it to EVE than WoW, because it's not "get a good weapon" and go hack and slash" but rather "select right ammo type and weapon recharge" because some mobs are resist to just physical shotgun shells, but your low damage EMP pistol reduces it's armor in seconds... well.. at least it's armor... doesn't take down hp =/
The game has some crafting thingies also, first i found were some "lame" armor coloring blueprints =F bought it yesterday so haven't really gotten that far yet =D

So back to topic, all games are "different" from NCsoft, Tabula Rasa is sci-fi mmo (rpg? there are actually some stuff to choose from), but all people are used to hack and slash with a sword, including myself ofc =^-^=, Dungeon Runners has kind of lame graphics but it has a rare (unique) dungeon generating system and funny dialogue and funny item names =D, Lineage 2 differs from WoW greatly even, but can't explain how, don't really know =D Mostly Good Graphics i guess, donno about the others, haven't played those, but i heared City of Heroes/Villians supposedly has lame graphics too but is fun to play... so, they should at least keep one or two servers up i think. The game looks worth it! At least for now (up to lvl =D
