Anyone planning to play this ?

I'm having quite a boring time in War. It is like "wow lite", the scenarios are obviously geared towards the WoW sport pvp player and not towards the goal of the game.. Siege warfare. The XP & RP ratio is so high in scenario matches that players do nothing but scenarios. I can pull down over 10K xp and 1000 RP in a 4.5-10 minute hamster wheel scenario match. I can go in real rvr and play for 5 hours taking keeps and still not recieve over 10K XP it's total crap. I think that if they dont start to change this the little plan to suck in those wow players will come to bite them on the ass especially with the wow expansion right around the corner.

I came over with a few friends all of us being hardcore wow players.. We liked the game, it has the good pvp that we all wanted. The Only problem being Destruction overpopulate all servers Immensely leading to very long queues and all siege pvp being terrible.

It turned out after a week all of us quitting because a few didn't have enough time to play anymore due to college and such, I came back to WoW and just waiting till expansion =/

Really doesn't mean anything, it was already VERY easy to level as it is.. You could level pvp or pve..

The XP boost is useful to start new characters, but I have a feeling it's going to create a surge of low-tiered characters that will be abandoned once the accelerated experience is gone on every server which will in turn make the statistics look like the other side is then the underdog. Then, when the next round comes, that side will get an unnecessary boost that will likewise be abandoned. The cycle will repeat. Sure, some will stay with their new characters. I like one that I made - but that's only one out of who knows how many.

I don't know if it will ever truly balance out with this method alone, but I think that with a combination of time, it will happen. It just requires patience if you're on the weaker side.

They are bringing back the tossed classes as well... I might check it out again...

i know this game never drew me in its just another fantasy mmo im tired of swords and shields i want a mmo with guns thtas worth playing unlike many falied atemps

no but i went on the official site today it looks interesting is it still worth giving it a try?

I don't know if it is populated anymore, maybe try the trial.

Back in the day it was pretty amazing.
